The primary purpose of this position, AIRCRAFT ORDNANCE SYSTEMS MECHANIC SUPERVISOR (MAINTENANCE WEAPONS SUPERVISOR) WS-6652-13, is to exercise technical and administrative supervision over subordinate workers in accomplishing trades and labor work the munitions section of the organization.Responsibilities Plan on a quarterly or longer basis the overall use of personnel and other resources in 2 or more separate organizational segments or groups controlled through one or more levels of supervision. Assign and explain work requirements and operating instructions to subordinate supervisors and set deadlines and establish the sequence of work operations to be followed. Participate with subordinate supervisors/employees in the development of performance plans.
