The primary purpose of this position, MANAGEMENT ANALYST, NH-0343-03, is to manage human resources (HR) analysis services for 412 CPTS, 412 WSA, and 412 TMG. Manage commanders support staff (CSS) ADCON and oversight for 412 CPTS and WSA. Services include all civilian/military personnel management and support staff functions/commander programs.Responsibilities Act as liaison between the assigned organization and the Civilian Personnel Office in resolving problems such as recruitment methods, classification evaluations, employee relations, impact on jobs and employees due to changes in work, etc. Provide guidance and assistance to managers and supervisors on personnel management matters involving staffing and classification actions.
