A CARD Head Start Lead teacher is needed in a public school collaboration classroom. The teacher and assistant teacher work as a team, planning and implementing curriculum for the twenty children they teach. HS is a federally funded, comprehensive school readiness program and is charged with being a lab school for the nation. Rooms are beautifully appointed and well supplied; there is no need to use your own salary to equip your room! This is a full-time position (full year) and has complete benefits including a generous leave package (24 days per year, plus eleven federal holidays), medical insurances, etc.
