The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a 1st level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Fire Protection Training Flight. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and directs assigned activities of the Fire Protection Training Flight ensuring that formal training complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. Represents the 312 TRS Fire Protection Training Flight with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Conducts classroom, laboratory or field instruction. Evaluates student progress and perfonnance and maintains student records.Travel Required
