The primary purpose of this position is: To exercise 2nd level supervisory and managerial authorities over the 47 STUS/DA; planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over supervisory and nonsupervisory employees assigned.Responsibilities Employee also serves as an aircraft simulator and academic instructor for students enrolled inthe United States Air Force (USAF) Undergraduate Flying Training (UFT) program. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the 47 STUS/DA concerning aircraft simulator and academic training. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Directs, coordinates, and oversees work through subordinate supervisors. Represents (the organization) with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
