The Area Manager's Primary Position duties are: Recruit, hire, train and manage a team of Inventory Associates and Supervisors Staffing and Scheduling of Inventory Associates and Supervisors for inventory events Manage time and attendance Establish and maintain effective business relationships with retail customers Inventory Associate and Supervisor development Ensure pool of vehicles are maintained properly and operational Ensure inventory equipment is available and operational Support productive and effective inventory outcomes
