POSITION DESCRIPTION CBRE | Heery seeks a Project Architect to join their team in Orlando, FL The Project Architect is responsible for daily design or technical development of projects. The Project Architect may serve as lead on smaller scale projects. Most projects in the Orlando studio support public sector projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepares 2D and 3D design materials. Develops solutions to technical and design problems. Performs product research; assists project designers and project architects with material selection and system research. Develops production drawings. Assists with construction administration, including shop drawing reviews, material submittals, on-site inspections, etc. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
