Start your career at Farmers today Position overview The UofF New Agent Sales Trainer is responsible for effective implementation and execution of new agent training curriculum, specific to sales / retention initiatives, sales management tools, customer background and basic product training. This role will provide a motivational learning environment and background to all new agents in both face-to-face and virtual learning situations. This position will employ varied learning delivery techniques and/or technologies on complex content for a variety of level of audiences and adapts delivery style to drive learner performance.
