The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Training Program Manger over assigned Production support functions responsible for establishing training requirements and developing training programs in support of various occupations, to serve as the liaison between the Education and training flight(s).Responsibilities Plans, organizes and manages Training Program and assists with the Production Acceptance Certification Program, special Skills Qualification Program, Network Automated Training Certification Tracking System, and Education/Training Management System. Provides program policy guidance and regulatory interpretation to various levels of assigned division management Applies principles of Instructional System Design (ISD) during development and review of contract provider training course materials course materials developed for classroom instruction.
