The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an Training Specialist with responsibility to independently analyze student programs of instruction in occupational specialties or fields utilizing evaluation, feedback, graduate assessment, Commanders Production Reporting (CPR) and training flow management programming. Responsibilities Independently plans, coordinates, designs and validates instuctional graduate assessment, and field evaluations. Independently develops, reviews, and revises Commander Production Report materials in accordance with established command priorities. Develops the plan and measurement devices for measuring achievement of instructional production objectives.
