This role will play a critical part in the creation, delivery and maintenance of site-wide training programs. You will work with Operations Managers, Supervisors, Trainers and Employees to establish and execute operations training plans. Primary Job requirements Manage the training and on-boarding for all new hires. Ensure a process where all current manufacturing employees are trained against SOP changes. Own a site training roadmap that enables the site to grow double-digit every year. Track and document required training. Keep training program documents accurate and up to date.
