Description of Work Central Regional Hospital Where Caring is Contagious Central Regional Hospital is currently accepting applications for a Nurse Recruiter in Nursing Administration. The Nurse Recruiter focuses on recruitment efforts for licensed and unlicensed nursing staff, both full-time and contractual. This individual will collaborate closely with the Chief Nursing Officer, Associate Chief Nursing Officers, Nursing Supervisors and Human Resources staff to develop strategic recruitment plans to market Central Regional Hospital as an employer of choice to nursing professionals. The Nurse Recruiter maintains and updates vacancy reports for nursing staff, prepares staffing reports, and tracking of all nursing position numbers throughout the hospital. This position also assists in planning, organizing, and implementing creative ideas to retain nursing staff.
