Software Engineers - Big Data / Data Analytics The Software development Directorate is extending its team of software engineers with background in Big Data and Data Analytics processes, tools, and technologies. The perfect applicant will join a multidisciplinary agile group of engineers focused on applying state of the art Big Data Analytics and Machine Learning (ML) to a variety of internal and customer problems. Big Data Analytics requires multidisciplinary skills, integrating concepts from Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, and other fields. Ideal applicants will have demonstrated an expertise to work on interdisciplinary teams and will have opportunities to work with military and intelligence community experts, as well as university and small business technology research providers, to leverage Big Data Analytics to improve mission performance in areas such as radar, command and control, undersea sensing, autonomous vehicles, logistics and sustainment, and Cyber.
