Job overview Job Description Our luxury apartment community needs to fill an immediate opening for the position of Property Manager. We operate a 200-unit brand new construction property in a Class “A” location. The Property Manager will have the full responsibility of managing daily operations at the property. Tasks include maintaining the property, marketing and filling vacancies, screening prospective tenants, enforcing leases and keeping the corporate office up-to-date. Property Manager responsibilities and duties Embrace and execute the vision, mission, and beliefs of the company. Complies with and enforces all company policies and procedures. Continually assessing building/property needs. Handling all tenant complaints and concerns. Coordinates turns, make-readies and move-out process with the maintenance Supervisor. Maximize financial performance including year over year Net Operating Income (NOI), revenue growth, and other income.
