SPEECH PATHOLOGIST POSITION SUMMARY Provides speech language pathology services to Home Care patients in accordance with physician- prescribed treatment. Assesses patient progress and facilitates changes in plan of care as needed. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Education and/or background: Licensure in the State of Tennessee as a Speech Pathologist with background of two years required. Home care background wanted. Knowledge: Current expertise of Medicare, Medicaid, State of Tennessee and Joint Commission Standards preferred. Current understanding of computers required.
