Overview Clinical Nurse III- Orthopedic Med Surg PRN/OCC, Night shift Direct patient care, assessment, planning and implementation of the nursing process. five Riverstone is a 44-bed post surgical unit with both a Joint Center of Excellence and a Spine Center of Excellence. Our patient population consists of 70% orthopedic surgery patients and 30% spine surgery patients. Nurses on five Riverstone are members of an integral team of health professionals (physicians, RNs, LPNs, SNAs, CNAs, HUCs , PTs and OTs) that provides the most comprehensive care to its clients and their families. No traction or full-body casts Position description: Provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit; coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Min Education: None specified; however, must be sufficient to meet the standards for achievement of the below indicated license and/or certification as required by the issuing authority. Min Background: Must possess a min of three years professional nursing background.
