RN / Clinical Nurse II- Medical Oncology - (Knoxville, TN)

Overview Clinical Nurse II- Medical Oncology Full-time, 80 hours per pay period . Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with occasional need for extended shifts. Must have flexibility to cover TOG/Infusion Locations. Job overview: Provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit; coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Will cross train in the Infusion Center. Min Education: None specified; however, must be sufficient to meet the standards for achievement of the below indicated license and/or certification as required by the issuing authority. Min Background: Must possess at least 1 (1) year of professional expertise. Licensure Requirement: Valid Tennessee RN license. Fire/security, infection control, and CPR inservices are required. Driving history must meet Covenant Health min standards at the date of hire and throughout employment tenure.
