The Assistant Manager is responsible for providing support to the Property Manager and the leasing of this tax credit property. Key functions Provides assistance and back-up to the Property Manager in his/her duties. Facilitates all aspects of the apartment leasing process, including administrative duties, rents and charges, maintenance of the wait list, notices and evictions, etc. Processes tenant recertifications. Monitors and produces property reports in OneSite.
