Senior Property Manager I Richmond, VA, USA Required 3419 Friday, October 26, 2018 Plan, control, and direct the daily operations of properties of at least 300 units, and oversight of at least 4-9 Properties. Maintain positive resident relations, meet the financial objectives of ownership and management, protect the value and integrity of the real estate, and be responsible for all applicable regulatory standards and qualifications. Act in a dual capacity: as a property manager, with direct management responsibility for a property or properties, and as a supervisor of Property Managers. Required functions Manages the financial responsibilities of the properties including annual budget. Ensures compliance with all tax credit qualifications and regulations including assisting in the compliance audits as required. With the assistance of the Regional Maintenance Managers, identifies and coordinates the maintenance activities and priorities within budgetary limits of each property within the portfolio.
