About the Job Daily interactions with residents and prospective residents to ensure resident retention and high occupancy rates. The Assistant Manager is responsible for providing support to the Property Manager and the leasing of this tax credit property. Key functions Facilitates all aspects of the apartment leasing process, including administrative duties, rents and charges, maintenance of the wait list, notices and evictions, etc. Processes tenant recertifications. Monitors and produces property reports in Yardi. Promotes positive resident relations and responds to resident issues and complaints.
