Overview Avalon Health Care has an Excellent Opportunity for a Senior Quality Specialist in our Corportate Office in Salt Lake City, Utah The primary purpose of the Senior Quality Specialist position is to support the delivery of quality care, compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to evidence based clinical standards of practice. This position provides guidance and oversight to Regional Nurse Consultants (RNCs) and collaborates closely with operational partners. This role provides clinical and regulatory ability and assists in development and implementation of new clinical programs and related education. We Embrace a Reverence for Life and a Heart for Healing Responsibilities Provide oversight and consultation for assigned RNC’s and respective facilities. Collaborates with Human Resources to promote the professional growth and development of the RNC’s. Work together with Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs). Provides Guidance on Survey preparation, management and response.
