Position summary Job Description Purpose: The Engineering Manager is responsible for supporting new product launches at the plant along with supporting the daily plant activities required of the Product/Plant Engineering Group. As the Engineering Manager, you lead and direct NPD plant efforts, plant engineering, and general plant activities that are engineering related. The Engineering Manager facilitates the sustainability of the Plant Engineering department in alignment with the company's manufacturing and supply chain strategy. Additional assignments include the disposition of discrepant products at the Material Review Board and working with suppliers to review deviations as requested. To successfully perform the duties of this position, your familiarity with the internal and external issues that can impact the function of the department or plant is essential.
