Who You Are: The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple software engineering projects at a time, with team sizes ranging from 4-8 members. What You'll Do: Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including time, scope, risk, quality, and resources, tracks changes and approval of projects, and proactively report to senior project management Develop/update project plans, and implement schedules for projects Direct, motivate and coordinate resources on assigned projects Exhibits an expert expertise to impact and influence project outcomes Works with multiple teams, delegating work load and enduring team efficiency Perform meeting facilitation, issue management, risk management, conflict management
