Compliance & Safety Manager - (St Louis, MO)

Compliance & Safety Manager Pay Range: $40,000-45,000 annual salary Reports to Director of Human Resources first Choice Delivery (formally first Choice Courier & Distribution) is looking for a Compliance and Safety Manager to proactively manage the safety of our fleet & workforce. They will also work with our insurance brokers & perform internal file audits to maintain 100% compliance with FMCSA & OSHA regulations. The applicant must maintain positive and proactive relationships with Operations Managers companywide to ensure that our Line Haul network and employees/Owner Operators are acting safely & responsibly. The perfect applicant will have background in training & development and/or have a compliance background. Knowledge and/or background maintaining FMCSA regulations is also preferred. Must be highly motivated, have great attention to detail and be willing to travel if/as needed (up to 10%).
