Machine Operator-Integrity Fab and Machine POSITION SUMMARY Summary /Objective Responsible for all aspects of Machine Operation; including set-up and operation of manual and CNC machines, including mills, lathes, radial drill, drill press, etc. Critical functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the key functions. Set up and operate a wide variety of manual and CNC machines with high-level of skill ability. Achieves production, quality and safety standards by observing equipment operating conditions and making adjustments to maximize output. Detect malfunctions and makes machine/programming adjustments to achieve quality and production standards. Notifies appropriate personnel of problems beyond the scope of responsibility of the position. Keep accurate time, production and maintenance records. Will cross train on a multitude of machines and equipment in order to provide greater flexibility in the entire operation.
