ABOUT THE ROLE : Trojan Battery Company is looking for a driven and thorough Machine Operator to join our incredible team at our Sandersville, GA battery manufacturing facility. Your role as a Machine Operator will include loading lead bars into lead pots as needed to melt for casting parts, removing finished parts from molds, inspecting parts for defects, and placing parts in bin and placing full bins on a pallet. Machine Operators work in a hot-chamber furnace room die-casting environment. The position operates pasting machines and dryers to apply specified amount of lead-oxide paste onto grids used in making lead battery plates. Applicants will be committed to performing the role safely and must wear all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including a respirator mask.
