This position provides clerical and administrative support to the Claims Department, Repo Plus division. Primary Duties Processes claim documents and inquiries related to REPO Plus claims Department filing, image storage and scanning Handle telephone inquiries from clients and internal associates New claims setup for all REPO Plus claims whether received via Center Point, phone, or email Secure ISO, Lexis Nexis, CARFAX reports as needed Verify coverage via internal system and attach support document to claims Assign damage claims to appraisers as needed Assist with new employee on-boarding as needed Other special projects and duties as assigned Requirements High-school degree/GED required Some college or higher education preferred Min 1 yr of professional office background preferred Expertise to handle multiple tasks
