Columbia AAA Automobile Club is seeking a… Claims Representative II Appraises automobile or other vehicle damage. Uses independent judgment in determining repair cost estimates and damage awards. Exercises independent judgment and personal discretion in repair versus replace decisions with damaged automobiles. Negotiates with repair facilities to obtain agreement for repair at the estimated cost level or below. Prepares clear and concise written reviews of the damage findings and repair agreements for submission to the adjusting staff for their finalization of payments. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required. Position may require rotating into MPR and additional responsibilities as requested. 4 Yr college diploma and three - 5yrs collision estimating background wanted. Advanced organization and planning recognition skills required.
