Claims Adjuster - Subrogation Specialist - Auto Insurance - (Carmel, IN)

This position is responsible for the administration and adjudication of REPO Plus claims. This position will entail the receipt and investigation of 3 to eight new claims daily. Further, this position is responsible for the negotiation and settlement of Auto Property damage claims with various personal and commercial lines insurance carriers on behalf of lender clients. This position will carry a pending claim workload up to 200 claims. This position is expected to maintain a revolving diary to standards set by Management. Responsibilities: Review condition reports for compensable damage on a daily basis Investigate coverage via internal and external systems and attach supporting documents to claims Process claim documents and inquiries related to REPO Plus claims Prepare and present demands to outside insurance companies Follow up with claim demands Negotiate claim settlements with outside insurance carriers Ensure proper file documentation throughout the claim process Maintain a closing ratio of 90-100% for
