Spa Massage Therapist / ON-CALL - (Rohnert Park, CA)

ON-CALL POSITION Job overview : Perform responsibilities in accordance with the Spa standards, policies and procedures. Required functions : Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's culture and demonstrating Graton Resort & Casino's "Great" Service Standards at all times. Provide exceptional Guest Service to all Guests. Provide massage and body therapies according to department standards. Provide exceptional Guest Service to Guests while assisting in locker room and surrounding locations. Achieve monthly sales goals. Maintain a clean, organized massage/therapy room. Must be neatly groomed as according to workplace standards. Speak candidly to Guests regarding treatment expectations. Ensure info provided regarding treatment type is accurate. Must complete all necessary training courses as specified by management. Responsible for breaking down massage and therapy rooms each evening according to department standards. Responsible for restocking all spa products.
