Clinical Lab Scientist - Per Diem - (Porterville, CA)

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a Bachelor’s degree in science related position and/or completion of a California approved 1 (1) year training program. Under the supervision of the Lab Director and Lab Manager, the Clinical Lab Scientist organizes and performs the daily activities of the area(s) to which assigned. The area(s) may be Chemistry, Blood Bank, Hematology, Serology, Urinalysis, Coagulation, Microbiology, P.M. shifts, or night shifts. Interprets details. Must be able to work normal/scheduled working hours which may include Holidays, call-backs, weeknights, weekends, and on-call in the Director's absence. Agrees to participate, as directed, in emergencies and community disasters during scheduled and unscheduled hours.
