As a Teller at Desert Financial Credit Union you will greet our members, make them feel welcome, and learn about their financial needs. Desert Financial prides itself on providing stellar service and innovative products to its customers, and taking an active role in community outreach and education efforts in the valley and beyond. What you’ll do here: Process financial transactions including check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments. Greet Customers, make them feel welcome and engage members to learn about their financial needs. Identify opportunities to introduce members to new products and services and generate leads for other members of the sales team or Desert Financial partners. Plan and accomplish goals including accuracy, service and effective cross-selling. Manage and balance cash drawer. Prepare daily paperwork according to branch procedures and compliance qualifications. Perform other job related duties as assigned.
