Assistant Residential Coordinator (ARC) Location: Jefferson, WI St. Coletta of Wisconsin, a leader in providing residential and vocational services to adults with developmental disabilities, has an excellent leadership opportunity for an Assistant Residential Coordinator/Manager in our Jefferson Program. Our goal is to ensure the people we serve achieve their highest quality of life and personal growth. We are seeking an Assistant Residential Coordinator/Manager who will help sustain this mission and aid in our continuous efforts to be recognized as an outstanding organization. The Assistant Residential Coordinator/Manager provides for the day-to-day operation of the residential program by providing coordination and over-site in the areas of quality assurance and new hire on-boarding and training. This position serves as primary backup to the Residential Coordinator and is a Residential Coordinator in training.
