Dairy Stocker Wauwatosa, WI Full time Availability: Required between 12p and 9p, including weekends. Summary: Contribute to store profitability by adequately stocking dairy shelves. Ensure proper handling of damaged items by recording data manually or via inventory software. Price new items and may be responsible for new product displays. Assist customers by answering product info and location questions. Perform duties that comply with Metcalfes safety standards and local health code procedures and standards. Essential Duties: Essential position duties for this position include the following items. Assist customers including greeting them and responding to questions and requests. Demonstrate excellent customer service standards. Work toward continuous quality improvement. Examine incoming shipments and compare inventory to bill of lading or invoices. Work toward continuous quality improvement. Unpack and examine items for quality. Record damaged or rejected items using inventory software or manual entry.
