Spa Receptionist - (Rohnert Park, CA)

FULL TIME POSITION Position description : Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Workplace standards, policies and procedures. Critical functions : Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's culture, and demonstrating Graton Resort & Casino's "Great" Service Standards at all times. Provide exceptional Guest service to all Guests. Greet all Guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer all spa phone inquiries according to standards. Greet each Guest by name, when established. Responsible for booking all spa and salon appointments accurately. Call back guests to confirm appointments. Keep desk area and spa reception area and lobby clean and organized. Complete all necessary opening and closing duties. Assist spa management with booking all group spa and salon appointments accurately. Must be knowledgeable regarding all spa and salon treatments and be able to explain them in detail to Guests.
