Position description Longterm open-ended contract position for a Human Resources Coordinator. Do you have strong administrative skills, excellent organization and time management expertise? Are you detail oriented, a self-starter, and someone who enjoys working with and helping people? Do you possess outstanding written and oral communication? Are you good with technology? If you answered yes to these question- we need to have a conversation The HR Coordinator will coordinate and manage the overall recruitment and hiring process on a daily basis. Handle High volume of phone calls at times Responsible for on boarding and orientation process for new employees Provide instruction for timekeeping and system troubleshoot Process weekly payroll and research payroll inquiries Assist and direct internal users and employees with questions as they relate to employment opportunities, timekeeping, payroll, and miscellaneous processes or compliance related issues.
