HRIS Analyst - (Reading, PA)

Description: Position description: Penske is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to play an essential role supporting HR Systems. The Analyst will be responsible for the partnering with HR and other key stakeholders to document system enhancement requirements, develop and execute test scripts for system upgrades and enhancements. Additional activities include monitoring and controlling HR data integrity though system testing, and auditing, mass updates, reporting and end user support. This position will report directly to the HRIS Manager and will work on a high performing team of Analysts and System Administrators. HR System analysts have regular integration with HR, Learning & Development, Staffing, Compensation, IT, and other Leadership across Penske organizations. Additionally HRIS works closely with external vendors and consultants to assure a high-level of service for our business. Major Responsibilities: Setup and configuration of HR modules.
