Domestic Violence Supervising Staff Attorney GBLA seeks an attorney to provide holistic legal representation to victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and /or stalking in matters relating to or arising out of that abuse or violence. Holistic representation goes beyond a victim’s need for a protection order and includes representation in other proceedings directly related to the client’s background of violence which is likely to increase victim’s safety and security. Staff Attorney I & II GBLA seeks Staff Attorneys to provide civil legal representation in 1 or more areas of the firm’s priorities and monitor developments and initiate projects in other areas of importance to low-income clients. Staff Attorneys use the full range of potential forums to address relevant issues for our clients including all aspects of litigation; including but not limited to court hearings, trials, appellate and federal court representation.
