Paralegal MarketStar's Corporate Legal Department has an opportunity available in the Ogden office as a Paralegal. This position will be responsible for administering several important Company-wide programs to include tracking and managing contracts, and managing reports. Responsibilities & Attributes for Success: Research and prepare client credit files and submit quarterly credit reports to parent company Maintain complex data base system to track contracts and maintain report automation Primary point of contact for authorized signature process and compliance Organize and maintain all electronic and hard copy filing records Respond to frequent request for details from other departments Coordinate foreign corporation requirements in various states Assist in drafting contracts, such as statements of work, non-disclosure agreements
