Marketing Operations Specialist - (Bridgewater, NJ)
Position summary-- Work with Brand Teams, Product Supply, and Key Accounts to update the twelve month rolling forecast for each brand each month.-- Analyze data to review performance of brand vs. competition using multiple sources including Nielsen, ECRM Marketgate, MRI, AdViews, Kline Reports, etc.-- Track brand(s) spending versus forecast at month end to ensure spending aligns with expected expenses.-- Review and verify invoices for correct dollar amounts and account codes. Review tracking with brand manager(s) at close of each month.-- Manage marketing materials creative and graphic production requests (initiate and oversee/manage projects)-- Coordinate display production needs with Trade Marketing, Sales, Art Department and Manufacturing ensuring timely
