Head of Media - (Bridgewater, NJ)
Position description: Support the development of optimized strategies of the brands across all channels in top investing countries in a sense, that strategies and plans clearly reflect business / brand needs and potentially lead to sales / market share growth Monitoring of the fulfilment of contractual deliverables and quality by the appointed Media Agencies; discuss / approve local deviations / adaptions if needed Partner closely with Digital Commerce team to accelerate adoption of precision marketing Manage the relationship with the appointed Media Agencies and other key strategic media partners Contribute to define the right KPIs by campaign type and channel, analyze results and give advice for further optimization---------- Proactively contribute to the internal planning process before the Agencies will receive the media brief Ensure that the implementation of strategies follow global planning
