Assistant - Graduation Fair - Photography Events - Ogden, UT - (Layton, UT)

GradImages is currently searching for outgoing and attentive people to assist during graduation fair events in Ogden, UT. The main assignments include but are not limited to: - Assisting the photographers by guiding the participants during onsite photo ops - Assistants must be able to adhere to a schedule, arrive on time for events and stay for the duration of events. - Assistants should be very comfortable working with and speaking with large groups of rambunctious people in a crowd setting - Informing large groups of prospective graduates about GradImages and the products and services provided - Distributing and collecting graduate name cards and contact information - Organizing, setting-up and breaking down event equipment Qualifications: - Expertise to lift up to 30 pounds - Assistants must be able to stand for the duration of the events indoor or outdoor conditions - Assistants must present themselves maturely and professionally at all times
