JOB DETAILS: TH Plastics Inc. a custom injection molding manufacturer is now accepting applications for Press Operators. Ideal applicants will possess factory background and have a strong work record along with references. This employee will be responsible for producing, inspecting, and packaging quality plastic parts within established production standards. JOB ASSIGNMENTS: Communicate with operator from previous shift to receive important info. Read, understand, and follow the Operator Work & Packaging Instruction Sheet found in the Job Packet for Every Job Run . Follow required steps to certify for every part run and secondary operation performed. Follow required steps to achieve certification for every Mold/Label combination run in the IML Department., including the successful completion of a Visual Attribute GR&R. Consistently perform all Press Operator operations to the approved standard.
