Youth Advocate Part Time - (Boston, MA)

Serve as an advocate for court involved youth, specific to the Juvenile Court. Responsible for guiding youth through intake, assessment, development and implementation of an individual service plan, referrals to appropriate services. Advocate for assigned youth. This is a Part Time Position with a set schedule of Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. ASSIGNMENTS INCLUDE: Ensure effective intake and assessment of individual youth as assigned Complete all intake forms and assessments Design and implement an individual service plan for youth in accordance with program service planning protocols Oversee timely coordination of services for assigned youth in accordance with agency policy Provide monitoring, crisis support, linkage to other programs, and overall problem-solving assistance and advocacy on behalf of the youth served by the program Organize regular case conferencing meetings with all invested parties in the best interest of the youth
