The Renewal Agent will use their ability to influence tenant vacate notices towards renegotiation of a lease through the renewal process by proactively connecting with tenants prior to lease renewal. This position will send notifications, manage lease renewal qualifications, determine pricing and engage in term negotiations, addendums, amendments, home inspections and filing of proper documentation with the tenant.
