Consulting Dietitian - (Hudson, NY)

Registered Dietitian to work twelve hours/week providing consultation to the Columbia County Office of the Aging Nutrition Program. Assignments include monitoring central kitchen, congregate dining sites, and home-delivered meal operations; menu planning and certification; nutrition education; nutrition counseling; technical assistance and training staff.
