Research Scientist / Engineer - Eaton, Ohio-- Essential Function: Works in the research and development group of Crystal Growing, developing advanced materials and products for the semiconductor equipment applications.-- This development work includes: process development, defect engineering, equipment and hot zone design, equipment modification, software upgrades, and other activities on meeting customer requirements for Silfex products.--The person in this position is expected to possess expert knowledge in materials science, process engineering, data analysis, and should be good at issue solving.----The applicant should be effective in using statistics and measurement tools, project management, documenting work results and procedures, performing supervisory roles. In addition to these computer skills, the suitable applicant is required to be a team member and should work with the team and be result oriented.
