The HR Director leads and directs the HRBPs and is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The successful HR Director equips and maintains a well-trained and informed HR staff to meet the expectations of our clients (the employees of Enthalpy Analytical) by operating efficiently and proactively. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs.
