Aerospace Painter - (East Hartford, CT)

Westaff is looking for a skilled Aerospace Spray Painter to sit full-time in Windsor, CT. Requirements of Aerospace Spray Painter: Knowledge and/or Use of elementary geometry, algebra and trigonometric principles together with the use of specifications, paint formulation. Equivalent to 1 to three years of applied training in a particular or specialized occupation. Education: High-school degree or equivalent. Background Over 1 yr up to and including 3yrs. Initiative and Ingenuity Use of some judgment to plan, perform operations and processes within the limits of recognized standard methods or procedures. Physical Demand Light physical demand frequently lifting or moving lightweight material. Mental or Visual Demand Concentrated mental and visual attention. Working to close limits of high accuracy and quality. Responsibilities of Aerospace Spray Painter : Work from process travelers, Q.C. specifications and instructions from supervisor. Check masking and ensure that non-painted areas are suitably masked.
