ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Mechanic. The Mechanic is responsible for all activities related to the maintenance and repair of all mechanical systems within a property. The duties may include the maintenance and operations of HVACR equipment and controls. Other systems may include chilled water systems, boilers, refrigeration systems and other mechanical or electrical building systems. Thoroughly and accurately completes reactive and preventive maintenance and associated work orders. The Mechanic must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
